About Bryan:

Bryan Cotton is a native Houstonian and a graduate of the University of Houston where he received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Sociology.  He started his real estate career in 1998 with Re/Max and worked there for seven years.  Wanting to learn every aspect of the real estate market, Bryan then went to work for Perry Homes for two years.  Once learning all he could about the new home market he established Bryan Cotton Properties in Friendswood, Texas in April 2007.

Bryan Cotton has a passion for real estate and level of dedication to his clients that is second to none.  The real estate market has changed so much in the recent years and not necessarily for the good of the clients.  Many real estate agents have built teams around themselves yet when a client hires one of these agents they are not really working with that particular agent but rather a team of assistants.  This tends to make clients feel more like a number than an important client.  When you hire Bryan Cotton you can rest assured that you will be working directly with Bryan and not meet him for the first time at the closing table.
