All About Me.........

Born in Warrenton, Virginia, Barbara has been in our great city since her very first birthday, so we'd like to go ahead and claim her as one of our very own "Natives of Wilmington."

         

Barbara was raised in a family of local small business owners including Hospital, Automotive, and Kahili's Pool (swimming pool installation Wilmington NC).  She continues the tradition of entrepreneurship with her husband as the proud owners of Primp Hair Salon (Hair Salon Wilmington NC).  This has enabled Barbara not only keep her fingers on the pulse of the local market and economy, but also has taught her the important values of personalized service, client relationships, hard work, and education.  These early learned business lessons were and continue to be the foundation of her successful real estate career which she began in 2005.

         

In her early 20's, Barbara spent four years as a Nanny, traveling and living, across the globe to destinations such as: Germany (be it a little rusty, she speaks quite a bit of German), Switzerland, France, Italy and Spain.  Though she has seen what most consider some of the most beautiful places in the world,  Barbara's love of Wilmington and its beaches keep her believing "There's No Place like Home"!
