First, I am the grandfather of three and the most recent arrival is Cadence, a beautiful healthy girl.

I have been in the mortgage industry since 1970 as an originator, manager, owner and mortgage instructor.  During this time I have orginated and closed several thousand loans and Hundreds of loan officers and real estate agents have attended my classes.

Areas of Expertise

While I happily close almost every type of home loan, I am a FHA specialist.  During the first 25 years of my career I personally originated and closed thousands of FHA loans.  As a matter of fact, for the first several years I'm reasonably sure that I didn't know there was any other kind of loan.

As the market moved away from FHA and VA financing I was forced to also became expert in conventional financing.  But, now that the market pendulum has swung back to government financing I have gladly returned to my roots.

I also conduct on-line Webinar mortgage training classes covering loan officer training and most residential loan types; including the FHA 203(k) rehabilitation loan.  It is not unusual for my on-line classes to have 300 to 400 students.

I am available to consult with new FHA approved lenders and loan officers on how to setup and qualify FHA borrowers.
