I am President of The Blair Group. I have been licensed for over 10 years. We understand what it's like to be involved in the homebuying and selling process. It is a very stressful time and we are here to make it as stress-free as possible. We attend all inspections, and most importantly the closing. Just because that is the "last" day does not give any agent the right to not attend the closing. It is part of our job and we are there; there to provide as much knowledge and comfort as possible so the stress does not become overwhelming.
