Don Fabrizio-Garcia is a full-time real estate broker and appraiser.
In addition, he serves as the Managing Broker of Nationwide Realty, as well as the instructor for CT Real Estate School, training future real estate licensees and preparing them to pass their state licensing examinations.

Don specializes in residential real estate, assisting buyers, sellers and investors with all of their real estate needs.
He also provides appraisal services throughout most of the state of Connecticut.

While being a full-time real estate professional, Don is also active in his community. He is a licensed foster parent and an adoptive parent to three wonderful sons. He is a member of the PTO of all of his children's schools and often volunteers his time to assist in fundraising efforts. He loves pets, and his family has many, including dogs, parrots and fish. His family can often be found riding their bikes, gardening or boating on Candlewood Lake. Don also donates time and money to organizations that benefit children and animals, and regularly volunteers to speak to those attending foster parent training classes to share his stories with them.
