We just wanted to drop you a letter and thank you for all your help in the past months with the selling of our prior home and with the purchase of our new home.
It is a very stress filled time when you decide to purchase a home or sell your home, but when you decide to do both at the same time it can become complete chaos. We wanted to thank you for all of your help and guidance through what could have been an extremely stressful event.
It was great having you as the selling agent as well as our buyers' agent for the purchase of our new home. You had knowledge on both transactions, that we were trying to accomplish, and you knew how to guide us with each decision that needed to be made. I don't think it would have gone as smooth if we decided to have a different agent for each transaction. Things would have gotten lost in the "mix" of emails, phone calls, letters, faxes and would not have gone as smooth.
Your experience in the real estate business really showed with how well you handled the "behind the scenes" issues that most of us don't even realize are going on. You were always there when we had a question or concern and you always had an answer or knew how to handle the situation.
