My listing clients need to know that they will have buyers coming in to see it. Doing an accurate Current Market Analysis begins the process. Pricing a home correctly is the key to the home selling. Advertising the home correctly is the key to getting the buyer in the door to see it.

I strive to show a buyer as many houses as they wish to see before they come to a decision to buy it. I will also do a Current Market Analysis on the home being purchased to see what has sold recently in the area.

Every transaction is unique, especially when dealing with a foreclosed or bank owned home. Recently, I have found many new rules and hurdles to cross emerging every day in these types of sales. The homes are often in need of major repair, and getting quotes, repairs done, the loan approved and the house closed on time can be challenging for even the most experienced agent.
