Who am I?
My family has lived in Napa's Silverado Country Club for over 20 years. As you read above, I am a family oriented person. I have a wonderful husband and a beautiful son, and I'm extremely luck to have my wonderful inlaws. Windermere Napa Valley Properties was created by my father-in-law Mark Lesti and beautiful mother-in-law Christine Lesti, and I jumped on the band wagon to give real estate a shot - and I absolutly love it. My determination comes from the desire to give back to my parent's everything they've ever done for me, which would take me all day to tell you exactly how much that has been (I'll just mention that they are some of the most generous people that I've ever met). So needless to say, I get the job done because I my drive comes from a place in the heart!
This is Christine and Mark Lesti, my parents-in-law. My mother (whom is holding my son in the picture) is walking a victory lap because she defeated breast cancer last year! WOOHOO!

What's New in Napa

"Hit hard by the recession, the Riverfront, downtown Napa's most ambitious new commercial project, is finally springing to life.
Two nationally known chefs - one is "Iron Chef" Masaharu Morimoto - have signed leases for river-view restaurants, with a third dining establishment close to committing, the developer, Channel Properties, said Wednesday. Residential condominiums - downtown's first - are finally beginning to sell. Since prices were cut in early July, 10 of 50 units have sold, including two selling for more than $1 million, Ryan Parlett of Channel Properties said.
The first condo move-ins will occur in September 2009, while the restaurants and supporting retail won't reach critical mass until next spring, the developer said. The Riverfront announced signing Morimoto, but left a veil of secrecy over the name of the other chef owner. The second chef is someone of equal "celebrity" who intends to open a casual rotisserie, but his lease allows him to decide when to reveal his identity, said David Fishbein of Main Street Property Services, the Riverfront's commercial leasing agent.
The third signed lease is Napa River Velo, a bike shop now located across the river on Soscol Avenue. Napa River Velo will be opening a "way cool, very European-style bike shop" next to Morimoto, Craig Semmelmeyer of Main Street Property Services said. Leases are pending on a high-end chocolate shop, an eyeglass boutique and a seafood restaurant that would face Third Street, Semmelmeyer said.
The leases and sales were long awaited. The national economy crashed during the construction of the Riverfront, a $72 million development geared to high-end shopping, dining, offices and residences.
Intense leasing and sales efforts have been underway for almost a year. When most construction wrapped up this spring, the project, which covers two blocks of riverfront with Venetian-themed architecture, sat empty, except for a stock broker's office." - Napa Register
