Brett and Barb are both registered professional engineers in Colorado. We have performed over 4000 team inspections. We perform pre-sale inspections for homeowners, agents and investors. We also perform pre-listing inspections for agents and sellers. We do radon testing, and water quality testing. We have both American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and National Association Home Inspections (NAHI)  certifications. We also teach approved Realtor Continuing Education classes.
