Two areas that Mark finds especially satisfying are first time home buyers and investors. "Helping someone find their first home" Mark says, "is a combination of work and just plain fun". Nothing gives him more satisfaction. Working with some of the areas largest mortgage companies allows him to help you find the right mortgage to go along with the right home.
One other area that Mark specializes in is investment property. "I like to get done and dirty myself, so having a client that looks at an old run down house and sees the potential for investment is great." Recently finishing a renovation in Hagerstown on a 100 year old duplex, he would love to share his knowledge with you. Mark recently became certified in Historic Maryland Properties.
