Realtors looking for leads (buyer/Seller) - 02:53 PM
I am a senior associate in the mortgage industry. I have been working mainly off referrals my whole career and this year the realtor's are asking me for the leads. I have a few a month but the realtor's that i work with sometime they waste them. I am looking for realtor's that want to make money and help their client's I am looking for a realtor that i can trust. A realtor that i can refer to a friend and feel good about it. Ok here we go. I'm going to try and start some dialouge about one of the most controversial subjects in the world. That's right politics.....alright I said it , there. Does anyone have the cure all to reduce the file size of documents in order to make them small enough for email?  I did some research and found several different "optimizer" programs but there are so many out there, I did not know what one to choose.  I am just looking for something that will reduce our normal size file; contract, addendums etc....usually about 16-20 pages.  Thanks for anyones input! … (4 comments)

I ran across across a realtor friend of mine recently that I have not seen in a while. He had not been to networking meetings we hold and had not been to the investors club meetings I attend from time to time. He was working at the adult beverage store I had stopped in to buy a gift for a client that had just purchased an investment property from me.
