IDX, DRIP EMAIL, HOST and other good stuff - 10:33 PM
Hello;
I am a new realtor and i realize the importance of a web presence. When i first started my research i found all the choices and information overwhelming. Hopefully with the creation of this group, we can help each other answer what would be time consuming questions and issues with web design, hosts, IDX, drip email etc.
The issues that really took most of my time was the question, "how do realtors get live listings on their website"? It took me sometime but i found out about IDX feeds, which are provided by your local MLS. Also "drip email"? what a great idea, but what … (10 comments)
