No calls after important price update, what gives? - 10:55 PM
My customers decided to be agressive and agreed to a serious price reduction on their listing.  Even in this slow market, I believed that this would make the phone ring everyday.  After over a week, still no calls or showing request.  
Their house is now listed at one of the lowest price per sqft in the community
(1500 homes, 71 active listings at the moment, all build by Pulte, around 2001 in Golf community)
Any ideas?
