Signs Have the signs directing people to your garage in high visibility locations and easy to read. You do not want people to get lost and go to some else's garage sale because it was easier to find.
Pricing Price everything. It will make it easier on you than having to constantly tell people what the price is and easier on your potential buyers to browse at will. Perhaps even a "one price" table.

360 Agent of Top Producer? - 12:34 PM
Looking for input from agents that use either 360Agent of Top Producer - online versions of both. 360Agent seems more comprehensive, but are newer and have a few shortcomings.  anyone out there using them - how goes it.  Top Producer Online - what's the Good, the Bad and the Ugly with this one?

Found this awesome networking site and can't wait to tell others about it.  As an advertising sales professional with a background in internet marketing and advertising sales my objective has been to help both realtors and business owners enhance the ROI.
ROI is simply return on investment.  Any type of actual advertising such as print, internet, virtual tours etc should not cost you a dime.  These should all enhance your sales.  Any investment should return a hefty return if used correctly. 
I look forward to posting some marketing thoughts here in the near future.
