The city of Las Vegas began to develop as an important stop along the Old Spanish Trail between Santa Fe, New Mexico and southern California for much of the 19th century. The oasis enabled Spanish traders to shorten their route to Los Angeles by cutting directly across the desert. In 1829, descriptions of the lush valley were circulated, generating a lot of interest. In 1844, John C. Fremont, an explorer, camped in the Las Vegas Valley and described the fertile landscape in his journals. Residents moving from all parts of the world have found the value in Las Vegas property. The many advantages for living in Las Vegas draw 7,500 newcomers per month on average.

I have lived in Las Vegas for some time and I find that people are always asking me about Montana when they find out I am from there. I'm always happy to refer on a name to a great Montana real estate agent.

Money Travels the I-15 - 05:02 PM
Since I have lived here in the South West I have learned that the markets here drastically affect the outcome of the markets in Montana. When California prices rise people cash out and buy in Las Vegas. People from Vegas move to Utah. Californians, Las Vegans, Utahns, Idahoans all move to Montana with their new found cash prizes. On the converse, people will tend to move out of Montana when the cash dries up.
Just wait for the next wave to hit!

We Buy Ugly Homes Contest (Ugly House #1) - 09:10 PM
I am wondering if anyone else had found any homes as ugly as these? If so did you buy them.  What are other real estate investors buying out there? Do you Buy Pretty houses, Buy Ugly Houses, or buy anything that Makes a profit houses. LOL
Here is a sample of a UGLY HOUSE we just got.

My first time EVER! - 11:22 PM
You only have first time to write a blog once.  This is mine.  I envision this as a place to comment, gripe, praise, impart information, etc to anyone who cares.
The community of Tracy is a great place to raise kids.  I've got 5; 2 are in college, 3 will be in college eventually.   I've said that one of the problems with the community of Tracy is that I can't ever go to the grocery or anywhere without make up, someone will know me.  The upside of this phenomenon is that my kids can't go anywhere without someone I know seeing them … (13 comments)
