Condo Inventory in Alexandria, Virginia - 07:43 AM
As of today, October 1, 2007, there are 417 condos on the market in Alexandria, Virginia.  This represents 48% of the inventory of homes currently available in the City of Alexandria.  During the month of September, 63 Alexandria condos sold.  Over the first 3 quarters of 2007, 816 condos sold in Alexandria, or just over 90/month on average.
Based on the September rate of sales, there is a 6.6 month supply of condos in Alexandria, a relatively balanced market.

Real Estate and Mortgage Fraud - 11:03 PM
I'm really don't understand what's going on. There has been a lot of fraud going on. I think it's mainly because the market is slow (at least in my market) and people are getting really desperate. How could anyone risk there license and freedom for that matter. It's not worth it. Aren't we suppose to help our clients? Not deceive them... There was a news report last week about a big franchise name in NY which I didn't get to watch so I can't talk much about. I got a referral from a major client this week. She wanted to know if I'd take an application from a couple she works with who wanted to buy a house she's flipping. (Yes, you can still profitably flip houses even in Las Vegas's current market! See: Rethinking Win / Win In A Buyers Market )

Supreme Court Justice - Clarence Thomas - 10:26 PM
60 Minutes did and excellent piece on Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.  I didn't know much about him other than speculation from years ago.
I am not going talk much about his early years which were spent in his grandfather's care -- the man who shaped and molded the young Thomas.  His grandfather was the key figure in his life.

New England owner Kraft did his homework before allowing Moss to join his team. 
He wanted be sure Randy Moss would fit the culture which is what? Winning! Kraft said, Randy's a winner and gave up the cash to prove it.
Randy just teamed up with Brady for his 50th 100 yard game and two more td's to lead the league(7). 
Whatever, you want to say --The Pats know how to game plan to expose the opponents weakness and they are still missing some keys players who will only add to their impressive team.

Do any of you know what size JPEG is required for use as a custom banner on TopProducer email? My client needs a custom header and the sample she sent me doesn't make much sense. Home Sales for September 2007 all over Sacramento County is represented by the pie chart to the left. As always, the Real Estate market statistics here on Sacramento Real Estate Voice are strictly for residential single family houses, only. These numbers do not reflect, condos, multi unit housing, mobile homes, duplexes etc.
As you can see, there is an incredible amount of houses STILL for sale in the Sacramento County area.
