There have been many posts by agents and by Virtual Assistants on the many things they can do to enhance our business. Recently I was discussing with our team some of the tasks we could assign to a VA, and realized that more importantly than giving the VA tasks we're now doing, we could well assign tasks from the Project To-Do list that keeps getting longer.

By eliminating clutter, you will have your home in the best possible position for a faster sale at a price that is acceptable to you.
Jackie Peraza recently wrote a good post entitled Banner's, Bloggers and Staging that I encourage you to read. In is she asks an important question about Stage It Forward and what is happeing under its "banner". I've learned that if one person is thinking thoughts like this... others are too. Question like this need to be asked and should be asked.... so thank you Jackie. I am so pleasee you asked this question. I know you and I share a similar hopes for this industry. Sometimes the reply is better heard, just because the question HAS been asked.

It is Minnesota, we are behind schedule. It does snow here. it started this morning and will continue through tomorrow. I think the frist snow is lovely. . . but only if it snows when I don't have to go anywhere.

Never a dull moment for the LSU faithful comes from behind to beat a very good Tennesse team with a back up quarterback and several of the top players injured. Add that to the fact of Les Miles rumors all week with him leaving and the defensive Coordinator leaving for Nebraska some how LSU came up with the win. College football is exciting as was the LSU season losing two games in overtime to finish 11-2. So if the Saints can beat Tampa tommorow we in Lousiana is on a roll for football and politics. Last night I rented Michael Moore's film Sicko. I know there are a lot of different views and opinions about this film.....here is mine. I thought this was an eye opening movie and I was touched by the personal stories told. The film is focused on America's failing heath care system and shows shocking statistics and touching personal testimonies. In the film Michael Moore travels to France, Cuba, Canada and England, which all have free universal health care and questions why we cannot have the same care here in America. I personally found this to be an eye opening movie about our health care system and … (23 comments)
In the past 7 years, I've learned a lot from fellow peers and the people I've worked for, they are called clients in a corporate type of sense. I have no barometer in which to gauge what is going on here (With our world, with Real Estate), I don't know the immediate cause or eventual solution. That's not an easy thing to absorb.
