Well, after three full days of convention sessions here in Atlanta, all I can say is WOW. I am so grateful for the opportunity to have been here to listen to such wonderful speakers, and learn from some of the best agents in the industry.

Day light Savings - Do you get it? - 08:12 PM
Don't forget to set yor clocks ahead on Saturday night. For what reason, to stsay up later with more sunlight. WHAT!
I have been watching the birds in my bird feeder, and I don't think day light savings will affect them one Iota. However, house birds seem to be affected by this phenomenom. Monitor your activity to see if this is a reality. A test will be forthcomoing (your closing check, maybe).

In January, I wrote a blog entitled "Knowing Exactly When the Market will Change" that received many comments, replies and supportive feedback. In that blog, I stated that as soon as we have 3 consecutive months when more inventory is going off (under contract) than is coming on (new listings) we can expect to once again experience an appreciating market. So where do we stand so far this year? In January, in my 22 town Massachusetts North Shore area, 404 single family homes came on the market and 209 single family homes went under contract (off market). Another Bump in the Road for Trump Tower Tampa..... - 08:11 AM
According to an article in today's edition of The Tampa Tribune, the private-equity firm that bought out Trump Tower Tampa in November is under federal investigation.  The specific nature of the investigation has not been disclosed, however it has been reported that they have been recently questioned by the Internal Revenue Service and records have been subpoenaed.  According to Donald Trump's office, a New York hedge fund is negotiating to provide the necessary financing for the project on Ashley Drive in downtown Tampa.  The lingering question....,will Trump Tower Tampa ever go up?????

Thank you, Val, for getting me back into this site!  If I could figure out how to invite people (or accept them for that matter!) I would use it more often.
I'm afraid to asked what I missed, though I see the site has grown SO much!  How wonderful that is.  I believe finally Realtors are becoming more open to both Feng Shui (Thank goodness for The Secret :)! AND Home Staging which is so necessary in this market.
