Under our "Home" page on AR, and then at "Stats," you can see how many COMMENTS, VIEWS or CLICKS you've received from folks who've taken a peek at your post/s. This is an easy one for me; LOVE. You can turn a piece of junk, fallen-down shack into a mansion. In YOUR heart, when the home is full of love. The farmhouse above is a listing of mine. It is "similar" to my great-grandparents old farmhouse in Kentucky-- one that is no longer there, as they are no longer there. But I still have the memories--they will always be there...with me. OK, I have been with a Century 21 brokerage for almost four years. It seems like very little Century 21 specific information gets posted to the Century 21 group. This is targeted to Century 21 agents so I am sure the number of responses to this post will be limited. Like most agents out there I am constantly getting these recruitment letters, postcards, phone calls, emails. Regardless of the method, we all get them. So, here is my question to you Century 21 agents out there. What do you get for that 8% royalty fee or whatever you pay? What is the value of the "Gold (9 comments)
April - a Month of Decline; Home Data from Arizona Multiple Listing Service - 11:40 AM
April was a month of declining numbers. The number of home sales dropped from March's 5,990 sold to 5,535 in April. Average sales price dropped to $333,800 from $345,900. Median sales price dropped from $252,500 to $250,000. New listings dropped from 16,459 to 15,153. Median listing price dropped to $288,900 from $290,000. And average listing price continued to slide down to $406,669, dropping each month so far in 2007. While the drops are not large, and in most cases, not very significant, it does indicate that the market is still looking for a stabilization point. Sellers may be getting more realistic (0 comments)
