Guest author Harry Morrell is back with yet another timely post. It's bug time for St. Louis Real Estate.
This is a great home in Gold Canyon, built by Toll Brothers with 5 bedrooms and a very open floorplan to add all of your creative touches. The home is very clean and well kept. Low maintanence with desert landscaping. 2 car garage. This home is located just off of the US 60 and Superstition Mtn rd just down to Don Donelly road and then a left on Golden Eye. Just reduced the price to be competitive in todays market. Custom touches included throughout this lovely home. It truly is a must see property with stunning mountain views.

I have just read the post by Greg Swann, BloodhoundRealty.com Zillow.com to launch Realtor rating system Greg is a superb writer, so it doesn’t matter how bad news he might be writing about, you will enjoy Greg’s rhetoric more than your will fear its possible meaning. Yes, I don’t see Zillow to be conscious benefactor of Realtors, however I don’t believe that it is in Zillow’s, Trulia’s or Redfin’s power to damage Realtors in a long run. Only we can achieve this! What is the highest LTV I can find on a Commercial 50-unit apartment complex in Louisianna at 2.5M? FICO is 697.
Of course my headline was meant to get your attention. What I really wanted was just to see if anybody knows anything about RealEstateSpace.tv. We are receiving email promotions trying to get us to sign up. RealEstateSpace.tv is promoting itself as follows: "[T]here has not been one solely designated real estate networking site completely dedicated to all parties involved in the real estate industry--including agents, consumers, investors, builders, lenders, developers, appraisers, brokers, and more." And it's RealEstateSpace.tv that intends to fill this gap. But don't they just sound like an ActiveRain clone? I looked over RealEstateSpace.tv's site and there doesn't seem to be many takers yet. … (0 comments)
Just a gentle reminder at 3:21 AM (in my mom voice...haha) that the forum Staging Secrets is set up for ideas how to be creative in the "decor" world of Staging. We love to see posts about how to make things, crafty ideas, where to buy things inexpensivley, before & after photos, colors, SALES, ideas for other uses of common items... you get it :)

According to Freddie Mac, the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage (FRM) had an average interest rate of 6.63 percent with an average 0.4 point compared to 6.67 percent and 0.4 point the previous week. The 15-year FRM was down 4 basis points to 6.30 percent with points unchanged at 0.4. The five-year Treasury-indexed hybrid adjustable rate mortgage (ARM) decreased slightly to 6.29 percent from 6.30. Fees and points were down to 0.4 from 0.5. The one-year Treasury-indexed hybrid ARM increased, moving from 5.65 percent to 5.71 percent with fees and points unchanged at 0.4.
If you saw my other blog about the iPhone posted here, you should love watching this video! I originally didn't think very highly of the over-hyped up little piece of gadgetry. However, I might be forced to rethink my opinion after viewing this informative video on the additional uses of the phone that I never knew about. Have a great Thursday everyone!
