I have always been a big fan of bottled water. I would prefer an ice cold bottle of water to an ice cold beer any day. It's cleaner, healthier, safer, right? Well, I won't even really get into the health issue here; I want to focus on the environmental impact. Before you twist the cap on your next bottle of water consider this:

We've lived in the Tri City area of Southeast Washington for four years. We moved here to semi-retire. We cashed-in on properties we owned in Southern California and Mammoth Mountain California, and bought into our current market with the purchase of several multi-family properties. We expected to live off the rental income and didn't expect much by way of appreciation. We've been pleasantly surprised. All our multi-family properties have increased in value by an average of at least 25%, and the house we live in has nearly doubled in value. In the Real Estate business there are a lot......a lot of acronyms. So what do they all mean. The one I get a lot of questions on is a BPO. You may hear the term if you are in the banking industry, lending industry and definitely in the Real Estate business. BPO is a Broker Price Opinion. Sometimes a bank will solicit the expertise of a Real Estate Broker/REALTOR to give their opinion of price on a certain property. These numbers are complements of the National Association of Home Builders. Remember these numbers can vary greatly depending on the quality of material, installation, environmental factors, maintenance, and use. Which components from your home are at or past there average life expectancy?
As we all know, information is king when it comes to choosing a home, so I generally try to include as much information as possible when we list a home... lists of schools, nearby restaurants, neighborhood amenities, city attractions, and statistics are just a few of the things I try to include in my blog posts. I love including local information, because I know it's what people are looking for when they begin their home search.
