WOW!  $19M GUARANTEED!
The Chiefs have stepped up to the plate with their running back LJ.  If you ask any NFL'er --the guaranteed money is what you want because you get that money immediately -- typically contracts in football are loaded with incentives and other performance measurements say, Pro Bowl, ALL Pro, 1500 yards,....
I would say his hold paid off. 
Did anyone choose LJ in their AR fantasy draft?  He may not have any have more incentives to run for 1500 plus yards.
We will see when the NFL season begins.

Hot Hot Hot - 11:04 AM
I spent yesterday afternoon showing in the sweltering heat.  Most of the time I was showing pool homes under $350,000.00 in Naples Park.  It never ceases to amaze me how much work some of these homes need.  Naples Park is an area in North Naples that has smaller lots with ranch homes on them.  It is an area where some of the smaller homes have been torn down and new homes built.  As time goes on, more of these small homes will be torn down.

$50 million is the new $30 million, says Glenn Roberts over at the Inman News Blog–especially when it comes to high end luxury homes. Citing a 2007 Mid-Year Luxury Report by Stribling Private Brokerage, Roberts explains how just a few years ago, even a rumor of a $30 million real estate sale in Manhattan would create big buzz.      Countrywide in trouble? Not anymore! Credit lines shut off? They will soon be opened again as Wall Street rushes to invest in mortgage backed securities. Lenders still going out of business and people still losing their homes? Yes, but it won't halt investors anymore! Why? Because the Oracle of Omaha, Warren Buffett is considering buying a stake in Countrywide Financial. Is it set in stone?
