This is something that we are told to do by everyone that is anybody in the real estate business, have a marketing plan. Well surprise this is a basic function before starting any business, have a marketing plan. Some people have the same plan they wrote down when they first were licensed, others look at it once a year and other make adjustments on a daily basis without making it part of a plan.

Please share any Rules For Blogging that you think make sense. Should we always be professional and polite - or can we just be ourselves? Should we avoid personal attacks at all costs? Well everyone I wanted to tell you about my first Short Sale. The Home sold for $750,000 January 2007 and is now on the market in an area that neighboring homes in better condition are listed at $650,000. The real kicker is that the home would probably appraise now at maybe $725,000 but the ten model match listings in the area are listed from a low of $530,000 ( another Short Sale ) to $669,000. THE SAME HOME MODEL MATCH. My purpose of this blog is to get a discussion going about this crazy market we find ourselves in. Tell me about either (2 comments)

College of the Canyons -- Opens new campus - 02:52 AM
Today I had the honor of attending the ribbon cutting - opening ceremonies of Santa Clarita Valley's newest college campus. The College of the Canyons -- Canyon Country campus. The project first started in 1991 when the Chancellors office commisioned a long range study to determine the educational needs of the community and recommended that a 2nd campus would be required to accomodate the rapid growth of College of the Canyons main campus in Valencia. Just as projected, the enrollment has steadily increased over the years from 6,500 students in 1990 to over 19,000 students today. The College of the Canyons main campus has been named (3 comments)
