Recently a crain set into place a restored 23 ton Bradley Fighting Vehicle at the Fort Benning Infantry Museum. The Bradley will be one of the focal points of the 170,000 sq. ft. Museum adjacent to Fort Benning GA. This particular Bradley was used by the 4th Infantry Division in Iraqi Freedom.

I delightfully put my kids on the bus this morning expecting that wonderful rush of freedom that comes every year with the first day of school! I felt it - the air felt cleaner, the sun a little brighter - I smiled and greeted every passer-by with delight! I gathered up my folders, computer, notebooks, tablets, etc... from home and headed into the office.

Yesterday, on my errand list, was a note to purchase a few rubber balls for Jack, our black lab. He has other toys, but, really loves those tennis balls. He has become a master at taking them apart, within minutes. So, I was determined to find him a solid rubber one. He has a Kong, which is fun for him to play with, but, still not a ball. Wow, something great is happening at Keller Williams Ann Arbor!
This is a very difficult story to tell. But by doing so, I am hoping it helps ONE person who might catch this blog and find it useful. In retrospect, ALL of what I'm going through could have been avoided. My home is my sanctuary, it's MY oasis. Whether you are a Feng Shui consultant or not, this is what your home should be. While it's certainly had it's challenges of owning a home on Long Island on a single paycheck, I've managed for a very long time. The directions are Wolf's Crossing east of Route 30 to Hoffman (1st light east of rte 30) north to Shenandoah east to Lahinch south to home.
