It Will Take Just 37 Seconds To Change Your Mind - 09:53 AM
Two men, both seriously ill, occupied the same hospital room.. One man was allowed to sit up in his bed for an hour each afternoon to help drain the fluid from his lungs.His bed was next to the room's only window.
 The other man had to spend all his time flat on his back. The men talked for hours on end.They spoke of their wives and families, their homes, their jobs, their involvement in the military service, where they had been on vacation.

This House Just Sold In Bay Colony For $12 Million! - 10:50 AM

Pelican Bay and Bay Colony are still selling and this gorgeous home just sold for $12 million!
There are close to 6500 residences in Pelican Bay and Bay Colony and even though the prices have gone down people are still buying.  Now there are only 318 residences for sale which is less then 5%. The National Association of Realtors says that 10% is average so 5% is half of that so you know this is a very desireable place to live! There have been close to 225 sales sofar this year.

TO ALL THE KIDS WHO SURVIVED the 1930's, 40's, 50's, 60's and 70's!! - 11:04 AM
First, we survived being born to mothers who smoked and/or drank while they were pregnant They took aspirin, ate blue cheese dressing, tuna from a can, and didn't get tested for diabetes. Then after that trauma, we were put to sleep on our tummies in baby cribs covered with bright colored lead-based paints. We had no childproof lids on medicine bottles, doors or cabinets and when we rode our bikes, we had no helmets, not to mention, the risks we took hitchhiking. I had a really nice talk with Rich Jacobson today on the phone after I read one of his comments in Update: Open Letter To Political Groups.
His comment was so applicable to what sometimes goes on in political posts, just because of the passions that are so prevelant.

Go RAYS - first World Series game tonight in St Petersburg Florida - 03:53 PM
St Petersburg is alive with RAYS fever and fervor. It's not only the streets close to Tropicana Field that have banners celebrating the Rays participation in the 2008 World Series.
After beating the Red Sox to gain entry into the Series, this area has come alive with excitement, whether you're a sports fan or not.
Some ticket holders wouldn't miss the game at Tropicana for anything - others have sold their tickets as high prices and plan to watch it on tv, usually gathering with friends. The local restaurants and clubs are all having Series Watching Parties.
