You are ready to move forward with your home selling process. You are ready to proceed to more than hanging out on the computer to search homes or find what your neighbors are selling for. This is one point I'd like to make in this blog: When You Hire Your Agent To Do The Job For You, You Will Need To Put Your Agent In The Driver's Seat. Let him/ (3 comments)

Photographing Frisco Texas's Cold Front - 10:27 PM
I know that our North Texas's cold front is in no way a fair comparison to the other parts of the country. I'd probably make you laugh when you read the temperatures we would be having these couple of days. Nevertheless, cold is cold. Especially coming from someone (me) who grew up near the Equator.I took these pictures of the North Texas Frisco sky late this afternoon (Friday November 14 2008) as the cold front moved in. It was a chilly and windy afternoon. Wind gusts were about 30 mph. We anticipate for winds to die down late tomorrow afternoon. Low (28 comments)
I watched 7601 Journal Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico being built. It was impossible not to notice it. It stood out even at the framing stage and I was not surprised to hear that when finished, the building had received LEED Certification. In my Active Rain post back then, I said the building had won the highest LEED certification. The plaque on the lobby wall, however, states that the building is LEED Certified. Gold, The highest certification is platinum. The second highest is gold. I have been wanting to see the inside of the building ever since it was completed but none of (8 comments)

Portland Maine - Back Cove - 09:13 AM
One of the greatest natural resources Portland Maine has to offer is the Back Cove. Walking/Running on the wonderful 3.5 mile trail that snakes around this tidal body of water just north of downtown is a great way to spend an hour. Scenic vistas of the city, smells of the ocean, people watching galore. As a result the Portland Maine Back Cove real estate market offers wonderful homes in spectacular, quiet neighborhoods. Portland ME homes with a view will run you 400K plus but a 3 bedroom cape within 1/2 a mile of the Back cove that needs a little TLC (0 comments)
The power of the website page name. - 09:37 AM
In am effort to continually climb the google charts I performed this experiment and had incredible results.Test: See if changing the name of a page from falmouth.php to falmouth-maine-real-estate.php will effect my placement. Prior to changing the name I placed 81 for the google search "Falmouth Maine real estate" Implementing the change in page name, deleting the old one on my site so as not to have duplicate content (plus checkibg the google webmasters tools to see if there were any incoming links to the old page that would be effected) and then simply adding two blog posts with links to (5 comments)
It's never been a better time to search for Sarasota FL real estate! Sellers of luxury waterfront properties are becoming much more realistic in the price range between $1 million to $5 million. Recently, buyers have come to town seeking luxury homes and making reasonable offers. Sellers are countering offers and with successful negotiations, a meeting of the minds occurs. Last year, sellers weren't so willing to consider low offer. Prices have come down, offers are up, and sellers are more reasonable -- it's a good time to search! Sarasota FL offers more than waterfront (2 comments)
"Growth Leader" Update - 09:57 PM
As I wrote last week, I am one of the AR members helping to evaluate Market Leader's new "Growth Leader" product. At this point, it's probably too early to properly evaluate the leads that have come through the system, but I did want to take a minute to point out one feature that they seem to have nailed down pretty well. For the purposes of explaining this, I am going to manufacture a fictional buyer named Linda. No reason - it was just one of the first names to pop into my head. So, after Linda has spent some time searching (33 comments)
I want to continue to point out the new look of the Sugar Pine Realty blog today. And to keep up with my theme in Part 1 (of trying to find which aisle they moved the coffee to in a grocery store), I've actually included a picture of a cup of coffee somewhere on the Sugar Pine Realty blog for you to search for and find for fun (kind of like "Where's Waldo?").
