River Vale Residents Believe in the Value of Green! - 10:37 AM
A group of River Vale residents are joining together to create a group whose purpose is to "reduce their environmental impact", according to Rosemary Dreger Carey, a River Vale resident.  The press release issued by the new organization, "The Pascack Sustainability Club", will provide a forum for an exchange of ideas on how to live in an environmentally responsible way.  This grass roots organization will address personal, local and governmental ways that we can become environmentally friendly.

Photographing Frisco Texas's Cold Front - 10:27 PM
I know that our North Texas's cold front is in no way a fair comparison to the other parts of the country. I'd probably make you laugh when you read the temperatures we would be having these couple of days. Nevertheless, cold is cold. Especially coming from someone (me) who grew up near the Equator.I took these pictures of the North Texas Frisco sky late this afternoon (Friday November 14 2008) as the cold front moved in. Green Mixer in Green Building - 02:48 AM

I watched 7601 Journal Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico being built. It was impossible not to notice it. It stood out even at the framing stage and I was not surprised to hear that when finished, the building had received LEED Certification. In my Active Rain post back then, I said the building had won the highest LEED certification. The plaque on the lobby wall, however, states that the building is LEED Certified. Gold, The highest certification is platinum. The second highest is gold.

According to the meeting I attended for LHFA Bond this morning, the 2008B Bond Issue will be available the last week of November or the 1st week of December. It is anticipated to go very quickly, probably less than 48 hrs.

In am effort to continually climb the google charts I performed this experiment and had incredible results.Test: See if changing the name of a page from falmouth.php to falmouth-maine-real-estate.php will effect my placement.
Prior to changing the name I placed 81 for the google search "Falmouth Maine real estate"

It's never been a better time to search for Sarasota FL real estate!  Sellers of luxury waterfront properties are becoming much more realistic in the price range between $1 million to $5 million.  Recently, buyers have come to town seeking luxury homes and making reasonable offers.  Sellers are countering offers and with successful negotiations, a meeting of the minds occurs.  Last year, sellers weren't so willing to consider low offer.  Prices have come down, offers are up, and sellers are more reasonable -- it's a good time to search!

Can someone tell me how to fix this?
I followed the directions for setting up my outside blog some time ago and it's been working, but it doesn't display right.  I've kind of ignored that, but it's beginning to bug me. 
Can someone give good advice?
