There I was reading the San Francisco Chronicle online when the headline grabbed me: "Gulp, The Pythons Are Coming" and I clicked in. Seems there are pet pythons abandoned to the wild in Florida and they've proved highly adaptable and somewhat mobile-- they can, apparently, travel up to 20 miles a day! The story continues with a somewhat forked-tongue-in-cheek description of how long and how possible it would be for these reptiles to make their way across the country. What's great about this story isn't the python, the ludicrous time-line of migration, or the fact that a puff piece like this could … (8 comments)
Earlier this week, I took the mandatory 3-hour Legal Update and the 3-hour Ethics courses to renew my real estate license. The concept that surprised most of the agents in the class: we are not to disclose the sales price of homes that have sold. Yes, we can discuss the solds with clients. Yes, we can show the information as part of a comparative market analysis. But we cannot leave the information in print form with anyone who is not a licensee..jpg?1335665450)

As of recently, more and more buyers have been asking questions on Trulia Voices that pertain to how to get out of a contract for reasons that should have been addressed well before they wrote the offer. In some cases, the issues should have been addressed before even starting to look at homes for sale.

Recently, I have written a couple of posts wherein I mentioned thanking my subscribers and the number that I had at the time. Several people (not all of them were newbies) contacted me via comments and emails asking where to find this information. There are actually two places that I would direct you to, one of which you probably see pretty often.
I know that real estate can sometimes be complex and confusing. To help you feel comfortable with the real estate process, I will be sharing real estate term of the day. 
Wow that headline could mena a lot of things. In this case just a quick update for those of us doing loans in Sylmar, Van Nuys, California and the entire country.
