If you haven't already done so go to www.realestatehelps.info and get the information on the Easter coloring contest. It's a great way to prospect and you are giving back to the community at the same time. We do it four times a year Christmas, 4th July, Halloween, and Easter and we are adding a 5th Time Back To School. It gets us a lot of business and people even call us and ask for the coloring sheets if we don't get them to the schools on time. … (3 comments)
This home has amazing charm and character throughout with some very impressive woodwork and refinished hardwood flooring. The floorplan is spacious and has a nice flow with 4 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths, the entire front of the home is all living room area plus a huge dining room that's perfect for holiday get togethers. As mortgage loans went from local banks to securitized "securities", determining the actual owner of an individual mortgage has become more difficult. Worse, as the mortgage loan passed from owner to owner, ultimately to bundling huge numbers of mortgages sold to thousands by brokerage firms, the original note may have been lost in the shuffle. Many of the originating lenders have gone out of business, sold, closed or filed for bankruptcy.

Another great place to go on a cold day. The fern room is not a good place to take a camera because it is so damp inside. Not a cold damp but a warm damp, which is nice because we have enough cold here in Minnesota. The McNeely Conservatory at Como park is free. They ask for a $2.00 donation. It is a great place to go anytime but during the cold winter months people tend to linger.
