Stop! Don't Drop That Price - Springfield Missouri Homes - 07:25 PM
During my years of real estate, I've never been a focused on pricing homes than I am today.  But pricing is not always the answer to selling Springfield Missouri Homes.
All I see selling in todays market is Springfield Bank Owned Properties.  Taking a look at owner occupied properties, in particular, one that I have had on the market several months, I approached the sellers to allow me to do some improvements.  New paint, remove the wallpaper and finish removing all the contents from the property.

Here I am at another Saturday. Too soon in life I realized that time was all I had and I'd better use it well. I'm alone at the Keller Williams office in West Olympia WA with the doors locked and a sticky note that says. "Call me and I'll let you in". We do need to consider safety. As soon as the client I am meeting arrives to provide a signature and take a copy of what was signed I'll be out for the balance of the day doing OPEN HOUSE.

Tri-Level, Split Level, No Level - 04:02 PM
Gotta Wonder.
Now here we are at Open House and the main topic of discussion is the difference between a tri-level a split level and "just for comedic impact a NO LEVEL". We can ignore the last one and focus on the first two.
Tri-level, per my associate is a home with an entry on a main level living area or other functional room, then you have a partial stairway to an upper level and short stair to lower level.

Outlook Problem Can Anyone Help? - 05:05 PM
Hi Group,
Anyone know about this problem? I am running Outlook 20O3 with Vista. The last few days mail has been hung up in my Outbox... Even mail I send myself as a test message... seems the only way to get it sent is to reboot! I have done a Google search and have seen some message boards with the problem in Outlook various version. I see no remedy on MS... Some geeks have potsed remedies.. but they are way to complicated and scary sounding. Anyone have a clue what to do?

Today I drove by Rockefeller Lane in Red Hook and it suddenly struck me that the soccer nets were up, yes a sure sign that spring is here.

I grew up with soccer all around me although to us it was "football".  At that time, this sport was not readily embraced in America but when it was you could say the participants were more into it than people who grew up with it.

Hello Active Rainers...Points are an easy commodity on Active Rain. For some, it appears it is the only reason for being here. I just found a series of posts that are obviously cut and pasted from some article on-line. One article right after another, with her smiling face right beside it like she is proud of her accomplishments.
So anyway, back to the tutorial. Start by naming your post with something like How to make points on Active Rain, a Short Tutorial. Actually, if you just combine some of these phrases together, it may work just as well.

One day I  will get that link thing under control.. In the mean time, I have been surfing Active Rain and other links..What a story I found, the former President of the NAR cannot properly price his house. He chose to list it over the market, and continued to to drop behind the market, waiting too late to drop.
