Lately its seems that some Real Estate Agents plainly ignore the Code of Ethics or play dumb. The third possibility is that some agents do not know their Code of Ethics.Granted it is a small portion of agents who go along that dubious trend, but it is still an alarming proportion. We are all prone to errors but one thing a qualified agent knows how to do when he/she messes up: fix the mistake. Many don't bother.

This depends on a couple issues.
The quality of the prospectsYour ability to convert the prospects to clients.So here is the issue...it does not matter if you are a listing agent or a selling agent or both...you are constantly working to find prospects. If don't you will soon be out of business or at square one starting over. If you are like me, your are constantly cultivating prospects turning them into clients. Today I discussed with a reporter the upcoming media spot dedicated to sensationalyzing the FSBO discount flat fee broker.
I happen to have a combination company but not a discount company or flat fee company. I own more websites dedicated to the FSBO seller than anyone in Michigan. So the reporter wanted my spin....and spin was the right work.

The spam messages that have long plagued e-mail inboxes are now finding victims through a much more personal route: the cell phone. Spam messages crossed the Internet email avenue to the cell phones. Just when it seems like the situation could not get any worse, spam messages now are finding their way onto our cellphones. I am experiencing lately spam messages coming to my cell phone. It is very annoying as it takes away from my incoming message box space and cost additional charges.

Well, we are pleased to announce that we just hit the BIG 100,000. It was so fun to watch our points rise one blog and one comment at a time. We are excited and look forward to the next 100,000. Has any other stagers out there ever felt like their a home stager / counseller?
I recently did a few consultations for different clients and felt like I was not only a home stager but a counseller as well. Going through their homes in such detail (opening closets and cupboards etc.) and getting to know them on a personal level creates a bond. It also I find causes people to tell me things that are very personal and sometimes discussions ensue about issues in life....

Spring fishing in Shell Knob, Missouri has started and goes hand in glove with house hunting. Bass tournaments are underway despite the heavy rains and flooding we've experienced.
Shell Knob and Table Rock Lake are being discovered by anglers and they then start to look for permanent cottages or retirement homes. As a Shell Knob Realtor, I am seeing the phones ringing more frequently and potential buyers walking in to our office.
