Texas - My Home Away From Home - I Miss You - 10:13 PM
My phone started ringing last night with family members calling.  First my dad called, he wanted me to know he missed me and understood why I am not there, but the lighting bugs are flying and they are my calling card.

Surprise Mail Today! Did You Get Yours? - 05:29 PM
Last year at MasterMind Summit, in beautiful San Diego, we were given an assignment.  Yes, over five thousand people had an assigment.  It was to write your goals.  They were to be reached by MasterMind Summit 2008.  I had totally forgotten about it, did you?  When the envelope looked just too familiar, because it was in my own handwriting, I knew.  The memory of the goal writing exercise came back.  On the seal of the opening flap, it told us to go to a website prior to unsealing the envelope.  There it was, our message from Brian Buffini.  Letting us know, he … (4 comments)

We all know that there's a growing phenomenin going on in the housing market right now right ,,,
Well we've got to work on letting people know that they have options and that foreclosure is the absolute last choice....
 
Good people are scared & they don't know what to do,,, their afraid to talk to their lender,,, they just don't know what to do .... Now here is where it gets interesting:  Of the 46 homes that sold, 5 sold at their original asking price and a very encouraging 9 sold for more than their original asking price.
