I am ready to scream. I am in Photoshop Elements 5 and I am trying to add a gradient to a layer. I am following specific directions in a book. (Classroom in a book)
Create new layer and name it Gradient, click ok - done Double-click the linear gradient tool in the toolbox to select the tool and it's Options palette .... Ok ... here's the problem .... WHERE IS THE OPTIONS PALETTE FOR GRADIENTS ????

I read a recent well intentioned blog advising that you should not select a lender or loan based on the rate! That's great advice! Rate in itself is only one side of a coin! The other side of the coin is cost! Origination and discount cost!
Loan costs come in two forms the origination fees that are determined by the Loan Originator based on market and the anticipated work involve. Origination cost have nothing to do with the rate you receive.

A new friend writes:  "How many people walked away from the homes in which they only had $500, $2,500, or $5,000 as down payment? But that's all they lost. And how many people lost their $40K, $60K and $100K?"
My reply deserves it's own post.
It's not the amount of the dollars that are invested that is important or the percentage of Loan to Value, LTV, Leverage. The concept is the same regardless! Colts Pride in Freehold Township- Real Estate Report - 11:01 AM
Colts Pride in Freehold Township, NJ is maintaining a healthy turnover of homes that are selling.  In 2007, of the 254 homes that are in this nice subdivision....17 houses sold and closed.  This equals a 6.6% turnover of homes.
So far, year to date 5 of these homes have sold and closed and there is currently one "under contract" on Kentucky Way.
 
Last years buyers saved an average of 3.2% off of the listing price.  In 2008 in light of the current market, buyers so far have averaged a savings of 3.6% off the listing price.

Ski to Sea is coming soon and the festivities actually begin this weeketnd.
Lake Padden Park will be the site of this years' Sea Junior Race, Saturday at the Ski to .
This years race has five legs: running, a three-legged race, bicycling, soccer and an obstacle course.
