I know the market is supposed to be bad but there are actually still multiple offers coming in on well-priced homes.  We were showing a family a beautiful home over in the Manors Of Crofton neighborhood in Crofton last week.  It had been listed at $569,000 and they decided it was time to sell so they made a dramatic price drop to $499,900.  This was during a weekend when they held an open house and they had a ton of interest, several disclosure requests, and 2 written offers with ESCALATION CLAUSES.  Our clients decided to move on to another home as … (4 comments)

I was going to write a regular post about our Pastor's sermon today. I really liked it. It was about God's mercy & forgivness.
But there was one particular line that to me said it all! I think it speaks volumes. So here it is ......

Hi everyone,
If I could, I would like to take a little "poll". I'm curious about your favorite bible books, passages, verses etc ... and why?
I personally love Matthew. It was the first book I read when I was first saved and to me it brings alive the "humanness" and compassion of a living Jesus. I felt that I really knew Him.

NAR First Quarter Report, Home Price Medians, Home Prices Continue Sharp Descent - 04:54 PM
CNNMoney.com reports that single-family home prices dropped 7.7% in the first quarter in the largest year-over-year decline since the National Association of Realtors began reporting prices in 1982.
The median sales price fell to $196,300, down 4.8% compared with the last three months of 2007. Hurting home prices were big rises in foreclosure rates over the past 12 months which threaten to get even worse.  Delinquencies more than doubled over that time and more than 155,000 lost their homes in bank repossessions during the first three months of the year.
