ATTENTION HOME BUYERS:  It's time to buy.  Prices are down and inventory is high.  You have many homes from which to select and there are some exceptional opportunities in this buyer's market.  Prices are down in most Maryland real estate market in 2008.  Foreclosures, high inventory short sales and now home sale discounts have contributed to price declines.

July 4th in Sacramento - 03:16 PM
July 4th, 2008 is just around the corner.
Sacramento will be celebrating with professional fireworks in many of the surrounding cities and neighborhoods.
The Governor has asked that Californians leave the firework display to the professionals and not add to the police and fire department calls.
We certainly have had enough fires as witnessed by the smoky-filled skies throughout our great state of California these past few weeks.

Tribal Canoes stop in Bellingham on their way to annual gathering in B.C. - 12:25 PM
Boulevard Park will be the site this  Saturday, for the landing of the Tribal Canoes,  as part of the annual tribal canoe journey that gathers July 28 at Cowichan, B.C., on Vancouver Island.
Saturday's event will begin at 2 p.m. with music and displays by native vendors. Canoe landings will be about 4 p.m. Traditional tribal songs and dances will follow at about 5:30 p.m. Canoes from Samish, Swinomish, Nooksack, and Lummi will participate.

New law in effect today in California don't get caught talking on cell while driving! - 10:23 AM

The new law is now in effect and officers from all the law agencies have been instructed to write tickets as this is an easy way to make some money now for the state! There are many companies out there that cell wireless devices if you don't mind waiting a couple extra days for it to arrive in the mail to save 25%?

The 3 Shasta's located in Redding California home of recreation galore.... - 10:32 AM

Shasta lake, Shasta Dam and Mt Shasta. The Redding California area is home to many outdoor recreational opportunities. Whether you like to bike or fish or water ski, chances are very good that you will find something fun to do here. Yes it gets warm in the summer time but other than that we have some pretty great weather!
We have a walking/biking trail that goes along the Sacramento River. You can walk or bike and get some exercise etc. We have the Turtle Bay Museum and the Sundial Bridge...

TIMING ISN'T EVERYTHING!
In light of declining sales and tougher loan requirements, many potential buyers are asking if they should buy now, or wait several months before moving forward with a decision.  The thing is, you can't time the real estate market any more than you can time the stock market.  Simply put, the best time to buy is simply when you need to do so.
