As of September 1st 2008, over 200 condos with gulf frontage are available for sale in Fort Myers Beach.I picked only these with a minimum of 1200 square feet and 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There are 52 available with price ranging from $299,000 to $1,200,000 with Gulf of Mexico frontage in Fort Myers Beach.

This month we report on the 626 Tooele, Stansbury Park Grantsville UT, Homes for Sale,using the new MLS reporting system. It's still in the Beta stage, so there still may be some bugs that need to be worked out. The intent is to give home buyers and sellers as well as Real Estate Investors looking at Tooele Homes for Sale, more complete information in a more timely manner.
Highlands Ranch CO Events - it's first time for everything 1st EVER European Festival at Highlands Ranch Towncenter Something new is happening in the Highlands Ranch Town Center/Civic Green Park on Sept. 7th 2008. The FIRST EVER Colorado European Festival has arrived to Highlands Ranch Colorado. The whole day event is full of performances and festivities from several European Countries including Russia, Hungary and Poland. Singing and dancing groups from variety of European countries will also take stage at the Civic Green Park in Highlands Ranch. Because of cell phones and computers, how do you get away from work on Labor Day? I just heard the trucks on my street scraping up garden refuse, so I know that some Sacramento city workers don't take off Labor Day. I suspect it's because they can earn time-and-a-half. Plus, it's an early morning job. But do you take off Labor Day? Relax with the family, go to the beach or on a hike or maybe just stay home and read a book?
The real estate market is pretty tough right now in countless areas of the country. There are many reasons to it, one of which is the mortgage industry. Due to severe losses recently lenders have tightened their underwriting standards and flat out cut off many home loan programs that got them in trouble to begin with. They are also increasingly dealing with another concern and that is mortgage fraud. 
When I go to see a movie, all I want is a great story, powerful performances, a few laughs and a way of looking at the world that challenges my mind. Is that too much to ask? :)
Twelve homes came on the market in Addison, TX in August, 2008 (down from 23 last month). In addition to the homes below, there are another 54 that have been on the market for more than a month. Now is the time to buy! If you are looking for an Addison home, call me! 
I recently attended my first interior design course at the local community college for a two year interior design degree. One of our first assignments is to go to a model home and just look at how it was decorated. While I love looking at model homes this has fallen by the wayside with my current busy schedule so this was an assignment I was looking forward to. I choose a 1.5 million dollar property that had a $300,000.00 decorating budget. The model was beautiful and no expense was spared..jpg?1335665450)
Brea, CA Residential Real Estate Sales Report ~ Home Sales for August 2008 ~ Single Family Home Sales Up. August brought about the highest number of closings for single family homes in eleven months, and condo/town homes pending sales were the highest in months continuing the pattern. 
With two thirds of 2008 now past, the real estate market in Metro Moncton and surrounding area continues to reinforce its reputation for stability.
The Los Ranchos de Albuquerque farmers market was on schedule yesterday as it is on Saturdays throughout the growing season. This last weekend in August, the market happens to coincde with the California slow food celebrations. There was no hint the vendors and customers were aware of the California happenings but the market had a festive air. It was a family affair. Children and dogs were in attendance and men and women vendors were at stands selling colorful and delicious looking fruit and vegetables . The craft on the stands were attractive and everyone seemed to be having fun.
I think I should buy stock in Nike, Reebok or some other comfy shoe company. My feet are tired; my pretty summer shoes have been tossed into the back seat of the car and there are no “sold” stickers left in St. John’s.
