I have to share something with you that I recently bought that I think is fantastic. I have a back-up external drive that sits on the side of my computer and I hope that it downloads but to be honest, that is only a hope. FHA New Mortgage Insurance Premiums - 10:52 PM
In response to the passing of HR 3221, this update announces FHA's new Mortgage Insurance Premiums for the period of October 1st, 2008 through September 30th, 2009. FHA's Risk Based Premiums that went into effect on July 14th, 2008 will be on hold until October 1st, 2009.
Here are the 6 things you need to know about these changes...
1. Up-front Mortgage Insurance Premiums:

Do they really mean anything?
What do they tell you about a community?  
I believe Ratings are important and do give you a real sense of what's going on in the area.  I've written several posts on the Raleigh-Cary, NC area because I absolutely love where I live, work, and play.  Just last month I wrote about Why I love Cary, NC . And, here is a post I wrote earlier this year called 2008 Triangle Accolades - The list keeps growing about the many accolades that have been bestowed upon the Triangle.

Occasionally, I do draw inspections for Trinity Inspections.  They only pay $40, but it's a simple inspection.  They are very strict on the idea that their inspection is just to verify the work has been done, and is not a quality inspection.  I am not checking for the quality of the completion...
