What would you do......HONESTLY - 01:02 AM
After submitting their offer, my buyers wanted to take one last look at the home they were purchasing.  We schedule the viewing and as we are reaching the top of the stairs we find, un-invited, the agent for the seller, who proceeds to introduce himself, "I'm the agent for the sellers and the neighbor to the property".  Mr. Buyer did not hear the part about being the seller's agent, which was "quietly" spoken, but did hear that this was the neighbor, spoken quite "loudly".
I'm thinking that this is okay until Mr. Buyer says "we're going to by this

  Took one of my associate brokers to Cripple Creek when they were here in July and set them up on a slot machine.  Beginners Luck....she hit the jackpot with about $4.50 winning over $2,500.  The fun part was that she said "what do these three round DOUBLE DIAMONDS mean?

Is it just me or is the market getting real good? - 11:18 PM
WOW! What a week. I went to Cingular today because I had to get another cell phone. One cell phone for my business is just not good enough anymore. For as many sign calls I receive everyday and the Internet leads that just don`t stop, I had to get the other line so I am not interrupted when I am talking to clients.
My next solution is to hire a buyers / showing  agent with good phone conversion skills. Does anyone know a good agent? If you do have them call me.

BEING A REALTOR MAKES ME VERY HAPPY.
 
I make a comfortable living doing what I believe I was designed to do: I help people find new homes, sell current homes and ultimately make good 'Real Estate Decisions"........and I LOVE IT!
Granted when I went on to Higher Education many moons ago I was unaware that this was my destiny. In fact my years spent in Theatre School were more social than educational and left me knowing even less about the real world than I did before starting. But no regrets!
