Last night we had a "not-a-birthday-party" party for my wife's birthday. We made home-made pizza right there with everyone at the party and it was a blast! I found out my favorite girl-buddy is going to be a mommy and then we all did fireworks, which Lane Bailey will tell you is a household favorite trick. We ate and ate and ate and ate and this morning, thank God, I have gas.

Virtual Road Trip to Austin - 10:30 PM
There is something in Austin for everyone! We have 3 lakes so fun in the sun is always just minutes away! But we can take a swim and soak up some rays at Barton Springs. The best swimming hole ever! Still swimming weather here!
We have great food of all kinds. Although Texas is probably know best for its BBQ, I am a huge Tex-Mex fan. My favorite place is Chuy's. They have the best Queso of anywhere I have been. It's finally all making sense to me!
As a former scientist, trained in forensic chemistry, I should have seen this long ago. I should have been able to SEE that the banks and world markets were headed for trouble and that at the very center of the problem would be the average home computer user.
The signs were all there. The emails were sent out and ignored. Many of the emails were called "spam" or "scam", but it was right there for us to see.

It's Twilight Time! A tribute to the Platters and the 50's - 02:01 PM
Last night, 9/28/08, I attended the Sun City Recreation Association's free concert. How nice to sit under the stars on a warm, balmy night listening to such songs as Only You, Twilight Time, and the unforgettable Unchained Melody as well as many others. (digression, how do grown men sing falsetto? Doesn't it hurt?)
These concerts occur almost every weekend during the fall in Sun City, and are free to RCSC members (all homeowners in Sun City Belong) and their guests.

If you have a judgment it means that a lender has sued you in order to recover payment of an outstanding debt. It is a legal proceeding that gives a lender a large amount of time to collect on the debt.

Elk Grove, CA has more bank owned foreclosed homes than any other city or community in the Sacramento area.
With banks being slow on the uptake and not moving these foreclosed homes for sale in a timely manner while home buyers are interested, this could mean just another thorn in the banks side.
Sacramento is fining banks for unsightly properties and sometimes the fines out value the house in foreclosure.

Now, after all the damage in real estate we are looking at bailing the fox out.

If you are thinking about buing a condo and would like to use FHA financing or many of the first time home buyer grant programs the condo needs to be FHA approved. Also, If you are using the Atlantic County first time home buyer grant program for down pament and closing costs you will need to purchase a condo that is FHA approved.
