Get Verizon's wireless network at more than 50% off.  I heard about Straight Talk in a blog the other week and checked it out.  It sounded like a great deal so I switched from Verizon.
Tracfone buys blocks of time from Verizon and resells it using Walmart as it's marketing arm.  So you get the quality of the Verizon network but at a bargain price with no contract to tie you down.

The Housing Market continues to inch along in our portion of the Ozarks -  Shell Knob, MO -  leaving many real estate agents looking for supplemental income.
Here in Shell Knob, MO, we repeated our previous month's sales, for a total of 3 homes sold each month.  The average sales price was down to $75,633 in October.  There were also 6 pieces of land sold for an average sale price of $23,500.Shell Knob is a recreational or lake oriented community, attracting many second home clients and retirement or families looking to retire. How do you counsel sellers in today's stagnant market?  They've done everything HGTV suggests to make their home appealing to the drive-bys.  They have cleaned or replaced worn carpeting, painted purple walls  shades, put cookies in the oven, turned on the lights and disappeared for showings.  Yet still no offers in Shell Knob, MO.
Worse yet, after 6 or 7 months on the market, and all the big ads in Homes Magazines, personal web pages, etc

Haunted Halloween House Yard Sign - 10:52 AM
We have some creative sellers :) They decorated our yard sign for the Halloween festivities. Looks cool. Their house looks/looked awesome too!
And yes the snow is melting fast and it's supposed to get to about 60 degrees today!

I closed 4 escrows last week, so I thought it was a nice gesture to offer to take my husband out to dinner on Halloween. Sort of a celebration. All right, it was also a way that I could cancel Halloween without being obvious about it. But, no, my husband had already carved a pumpkin and bought several bags of candy. There are so many exciting things to do in Tarpon Springs, Florida. In many ways it reminds me of Hawai'i where I was born and raised due to its many cultural activities, sightseeing, sunshine year-round, and close proximity to the water. Did you know that Tarpon Springs, Florida has not one but *two* beaches??? Fred Howard Park and Sunset Beach.

I've heard many comments from some of the nicest Christian friends I have. I don't do this or, that to be blessed, but I still don't understand why I have to go through this "trial"...
On this Sunday God First post, I want to take time to ponder how much we know all that are commented are so true. But how would we know that we are not already blessed to be where we are at???
