Add a generous portion of all the money you borrowed from relatives.  Pile on your down payment for that other house you have your eye on. Spiders - It is important to be able to identify them. - 08:11 PM

This time of the year spiders are looking for hiding places... warm places...  like your home!  Some are poisonous and others are not. 
 
 
If you get bitten by a spider, it is important to be able to identify what it was.
Some very good pictures are located here to help you .. if you do not know the difference in spiders, I encourage you to learn which spiders are which!
 
 
Having taught science for a few years, it became apparent that a lot of people cannot identify poisonous spiders.

Next Week-end Boat Parade on Raymond Gary Lake - 08:16 PM
The boat parade with decorated boats is always the first week-end in December.  Free parking in the Raymond Gary State Park..sit in your heated automobile and watch the lighted boats make the rounds.
Bring the little ones and let them sit on Santa's lap. 
The park is all decked out with Christmas lights and is really pretty.

There Are No Bad Buyers, Just Bad Breath - 11:12 PM
There is no such thing as a bad buyer, just bad deals. I have had buyers skip out on me after putting work in for them. But I chose to make it a positive experience. It gave me a chance to take a good hard look at myself and try to improve.

Have I picked up a bad habit somewhere along the way? Was I unresponsive? Do I have bad breath? Did I over dress? Under dress? It could be one of a million things. It may be a difference in personalities.

I've seen banter back and forth between those that thrive in the online world of Twitter, Facebook, email, blogging, and browsing the web saying they enjoy that communication and it is better or preferred over face to face. Who can deal with some of those annoying local people anyway?
Then there is the other camp that wouldn't want to Twitter if you put a gun to their head and prefer meeting people at the local diner. The Moose Lodge. Going bowling. A civic function, soccer game, or on the adjacent treadmill at the YMCA.

This is a crazy Atlanta real estate market with so may sellers in an awkward position.   First of all a little background...there are fewer buyers, fewer home sales, and homes may have fallen in value.  Sellers are simply upside down, or have taken a major hit for what equity they assumed they had in the home.  To top that off they are not in control of the market in most instances.  The fewer buyers that are in the market are still calling the shots for the most part.
