Our church at Fellowship, Livermore has a fabulous idea on buying presents from very poor countries to help them.  there is a shopping  weekend a the church on December 5-6.  Their websites are www. tradeasone.com or www.adventconspiracy.com.  Trade as one has a fabulous video explaining how it all works but you are basically providing a livelihood to the poorest of the poor mostly in Africa, India and some parts of Asia.  Well worth the present you will either give or what about giving a donation to your favorite charity in liue of a gift that the recipient may not even like??  … (0 comments)

 The extension and expansion of the homebuyers tax credit that passed Congress November 5 allows more first-time buyers to qualify and creates an entirely new credit for existing homeowners who buy a new home.

Lemon tree gone wild - 01:17 AM
Fort Myers Beach gardens always surprises me. A few years back I planted a citrus tree with my wife Karen. A lemon tree. The first year we got maybe six or so quite large lemons. Now on its third year these fruits are getting ridiculously large. Larger then an orange, as big as a medium grapefruit. 
I wonder how big they will get next season? Nature never ceases to amaze me.
