It sure looks pretty.  All shiny and new.  Big touch screen...
As an investment in my real estate business, the purchase was long overdue...

I don't want to talk to you...so text me. The decline of Real Estate etiquette. - 12:58 PM
"Beam me up Scotty, I don't think I want to be on planet of the Real Estate Apes." I mean really, what's up with agents today?  As I was setting up appointments Saturday, 3 listing agents instructions on the MLS were "don't call me. text me"  4 agents instructed "don't call, email me with any questions".  WHAT????
So, I called anyway. Out of 14 phone calls...not one single agent answered their phone.  Ok, one called me back and said she was at the hospital with her daughter who was having a baby.  So, she's excused...2 other's returned calls...but what's with all the … (5 comments)

Giving Back. Do you and how? - 04:19 PM
Whether you call it paying it forward or giving back, it's something that can change your life. So tell me do you? By sharing how you give back to your community or the world, you may just encourage others to do the same.  Maybe instead of crying over what we don't have, we can reach out and give what we do have...our time. It doesn't take a lot of money, just a caring heart.
I just compiled my photos from the trip I took to Armenia as part of a Medical Mission team.  A trip like this...whether it be around the … (65 comments)

Biggest Turnoff for Home Buyers - 12:31 AM

When they say the "nose" knows, it's really true.  I have been into alot of homes that were emitting some strange smells.  Pet odors, body odor, dirty house odors, dirty laundry odors, food/cooking/spice odors, smoke, dirty linens odor, and some strange unidentifiable odors.  There's more, but you get the idea.
Unfortunately, we get used to the way our homes smell.  Have you ever gone into someones house, and walk through an area and catch a whiff of something, maybe from the dirty laundry hamper?
This is one of the biggest turnoffs for buyers when looking at homes, even … (18 comments)

Want the "OLD Facebook" Back? - 08:52 PM
Change is hard, and that sentiment is echoing daily among Facebook users since the social networking site made changes to the way that it displays information that is posted. The bad news is, it's probably not 'coming back'. So rather than pout and suck thumbs, we have to get used to it, or find ways that make it easier! Here are a few explanations and tips to do that. (Note: there are 3rd party applications that claim to 'go back to the old way' and many folks are missing lots of updates and now cannot figure out how to go back … (8 comments)
