No, Condo Flats is not the name of the latest rock band!  Savannah Developers is building Meridian Square in Addison Texas, with townhouses and condos in the same development.  These will be located on 4 acres at the south east corner of Quorum Drive and Airport Parkway, just north of Addison Circle.  
The townhomes (2 and 3 stories) will be built first, then the condominiums.  The first of the townhomes should be available in about 6 months.

Facebook Founder Mark Zuckerberg posted an Open Letter at 9:23 p.m. tonight. One section states:
 "The plan we've come up with is to remove regional networks completely and create a simpler model for privacy control where you can set content to be available to only your friends, friends of your friends, or everyone.We're adding something that many of you have asked for - the ability to control who sees each individual piece of content you create or upload. In addition, we'll also be fulfilling a request made by many of you to make the privacy settings page simpler by combining some settings."

Little did I know more than 20 years ago, this week became so significant in my life. It's DA WEEK I've been looking forward to - 20 years in the making. Why???
This Friday (12/4/09), I'll be headed to my Citizenship test and upon a successful interview and test, I would finally become an American. Something that I long for for many many years.

Once, I was working with some clients who were....challenging, to say the least.  They seemed to distrust everyone involved in the process, and both husband and wife alluded to suing the other party in the transaction more than once, as well as their own lender.  They never pursued any legal action, thankfully, since they had no case of any kind.

Proposed FHA changes to lender approval - 03:33 PM
FHA's proposed rule changes were published in today's Federal Register regarding lender eligibility and net worth requirements.
In addition FHA published a new mortgagee letter, ML 2009-50 and announced the 2010 FHA loan limits.
There are 5 things everyone needs to know about the proposed changes to lender FHA elegibility: If accepted, changes will take effect January 1, 2010 FHA proposes to no longer approve mortgage brokers/correspondent lenders for participation in FHA programs. Please Take My Money..... - 03:26 PM
I was feeling pretty good towards the end of August.  After 2 months of trying, I was able to receive a loan modification on my primary residence.  As soon as the paperwork came, I signed and overnighted it back to the lender.  I was able to sleep better than I had in months.
My first payment was due this past November.  I made sure it was at the requested address by sending it priority mail 4 days ahead.  All was going well.
