I wanted to add to my recent blog Strangest Items Found in Bank Owned Homes. My assistant recently went into a new listing of ours and in the property she found nothing then the image below. I think this is right up in there in the strangest items found in bank owned real estate. It's pretty creepy if you ask me. But I think the dog from my previous post takes the cake. If you get nightmares tonight it's not my fault.

Previously *** *** *** *** Haven't seen one in quite some time now but will never give up the hunt. When there are clouds on the ocean/sky horizon or haze it can't happen, so the green flash is rare. I have been trying to figure out how to change the size, color, and style of my fonts on AR. There may be other ways to do this, for example, if you use the Mozilla Foxfire browser. Unfortunately my MLS system will only support Internet Explorer, so I had to find another solution. I searched for one on the www.about.com website and found a free online HTML editor.
