Virtual tours have been a pretty big buzz in real estate industry for more than 15 years now.  During this time we have seen many changes relating to virtual tours and long time agents will remember some of the first larger scale virtual tour providers such as PictureWorks.  The introduction of photo stitching and the 180 degree wide panoramic photos and soon to follow 360 degree rotating views changed the real estate marketing landscape.

iPhone 3GS 3.1.2 Update - 05:43 PM
When trying to purchase an iPhone video editing app called "ReelDirector" I learned that I didn't have the latest iPhone OS update known as 3.1.2.  I attempted to locate the update on my iPhone and was not able to locate it.  I did a quick search using my MacBook Pro and was able to quickly install the OS update.  It took about 8 minutes for the update and everything went super smooth.
Once i had the iPhone OS 3.1.2 software update installed on my laptop I plugged in my iPhone and it began to install the update immediately.  Once the iPhone … (7 comments)

Speechless Sunday - Roses in Arizona in December! - 11:44 PM
I just wanted to take a moment and share our Arizona weather with all of my friends across the United States! I love roses, and when they bloom, I'll bring one or two or three into the house and put into a vase. It's been in the 70's this week, and here is one of my favorite rose blooms. Welcome to Arizona! I was experimenting around with the background. I truly don't know how this one turned out so well.

A Layaway Angel, How you ask? Go to any K-mart between now and the 24th of December ask for the layaway associate or the Manager. They will know what to do, some has helped by giving $20., a child in Ohio gathered money from her schools and gave $50., a father took his children to his local k-mart and the manager picked out a family that had just put underwear, socks and few clothing items on layaway and they paid the entire layaway off.

SO he became one,
A local policeman had heard about the layaway angels at his church and after much soul searching he said he decided to become one. Walking into his local K-mart today he ask for the manager and how he could help a local family in need. She smiled and said please let me show you. There were many families on the list but this officer picked out one he recognized from the name, it was a father of four and only a few days earlier the mom had be arrested and placed in a drug treatment facility. Hey Zillow where's Cinci?  I am not asking geographically I got that down. I am asking why Zillow does not have Cincinnati information among US metro areas. Just wondering. I am trying to follow Spencer R's instructions for comparing foreclosures to falling home values for Columbus. Cinci being missing should NOT really concern me, yet I went out to dinner Saturday night and had a conversation about Zillow and Cinci being missing....

The holiday season is here, and it's my favorite time of the year to bake, bake, bake.   I love to spread cookies, breads, and calories to all my friends & family.
It's a great way to "THANK" my clients too!  It's great fun to just stop by, ring the bell and give them a great yummy thank you!

I've got my standard recipes - my true traditional favorites, that I do every year.  I love to pack and arrange them in Holiday Tins.  Some are from the Hersheys Chocolate Lovers Cookbook !

        The balconies in the New Orleans French Quarter that adorn the historic buildings are also a showcase for those with a green thumb.  A balcony is a porch to the world to show their skills.  This is made possible by plenty of moisture through our humidity and frequent showers.  Freezes are rare occurrences and the sunshine is plentiful.  The growing season is long with the best weather being October to May.  The Mississippi Delta soil is rich in organic materials.  The only rocks that we have are imported from other states and countries.

Thats my youngest Sean on the right (of course) and his buddies from down the street

Sean crashing in our yard, I went down it a few times but no snow boarding for me yet.

My drive is half the size of the guy across the street but still had to do it 3 times yesterday.
