Great information from Knoxville Realtor Blake Rickels. Knoxville, Tennessee has always been blessed with a fairly stable real estate market no matter what the mythical "national market" is doing.
Sure, we,ve been down like most every other part of the country, just not as far down and now we don't have as step a climb to make for a recovery.
Knoxville being number 5 in lowest foreclosures is a step in the right direction.

This is not about real estate.. but a blog about a little boy who nobody wants.
I don't get angry about much and generally speaking I see both sides of issues. I am appalled at the Okahoma couple who want to return their adoptive son.  and I am an adopted child myself. 
My parents dealt with many "troubled" children.. and yes they sent a foster child  back..becaused she was a physical threat. I still don't agree with this decision. This child called my Mom.. "MOM" and my dad "DAD"  I never saw this girl again.. and called her my sister for 4 … (5 comments)

Bronze statue by Fernando Botero - 04:09 PM
Looking out our office window this afternoon we saw the installation of this bronze statue across the street at the Museum of Fine Arts. Naturally I went outside with my camera and then started asking questions. This bronze is part of a coming exhibit The Baroque World of Fernando Botero which will be at the Museum of Fine Arts in downtown St Petersburg from January 9 - April 4, 2010. The Museum of Fine Art's Coming Events page tells more about it.
