Columbus' Chaseland neighborhood - 10:25 AM
The neighborhood immediately south of Worthington is  the Chaseland neighborhood. 
The Chaseland neighborhoods is in the City of Columbus. Chaseland is just south of Worthington and east of High Street, the three streets south of Selby Blvd, Chase, Lincoln and Stanton are the  Chaseland neighborhood. The sign pictured is on the east side of High Street and welcomes you to Clintonville. Chaseland is in the City of Columbus... but it could have been part of the City of  Worthington if things had turned out differently. Louisiana, Rising Water or Sinking Land- ABC does feature and misses! - 06:42 PM
     Louisiana is losing its coast line almost daily.  The main cause is there is no sediment moving into the marshes form the Mississippi River.  Levees have been contsructed to contain the river.  This means there is no new sediment to build up the land.  Then it sinks as it does most areas of South Louisiana. The reporter says it because of rising water from global warming.  They know the facts but barely mention the real reason.  Unless you live here you would not know the biggest reason is land sinking.

Read Ki's article examining and chronicling the demise of the American Capital Market.  Ki doesn't describe the disaster that is our economy in those words, but an examination of the history of our financial demise since the repeal of the Glass-Steagall Act would, I believe, be proof positive that the more Congress sticks their grubby hands into our financial markets the worse the financial market will become.

Yes, another iPhone photo! Daylight makes the camera work well.
We weren't expecting as much snow as we received. This was before the storm was over. You can see the snow falling in the foreground -- and an action shot of one on the left!
It ended up a very pretty Winter Wonderland that my son loved!
