As I do almost daily, I watch the Twitter Stream and check in on a few of my favorites--and always adding to my list of all things Twitter. And, as a good Tweeter should, I find many that I want to RT (retweet) to acknowledge the contribution that certain tweets have provided for me and the community of followers.
We have noticed an increase of graffiti here in Cedar City. Not that there is a lot, but when you go from almost none any graffiti seems like a lot. I will be honest, although some of the taggers are extremely talented artists, I still just don't understand why they do it. It isn't their property, so why deface it? I feel much the same way about vandalism in general. More often than not, the person that owns the property that is defaced or destroyed isn't even someone that the tagger or vandal is after.
Everybody knows that the moment you drive a brand new car off the dealer lot, the value drops when those tires hit the street. Still, there's a certain appeal to buying a brand new car. There's an agent in my office who trades in her car and buys a new car every year. She just gets tired of her vehicle. She doesn't lease; she pays cash.
Nineteen homes came on the market in Addison, TX in January, 2009 (up from 7 last month). In addition to the homes below, there are another 34 that have been on the market for more than a month. Now is the time to buy! If you are looking for an Addison home, call me! Now is also the time to sell, since inventory is still low!
The buyers out there are looking for deals right now. I know this for a fact because three of my silicon valley short sales got solid offers within the span of three days this week, while my “regular” sales did not. Everyone in the industry knows this from their experiences and buzz about it, but I wanted to get some hard data for myself, rather than rely on hearsay.

I have been asked, sometimes several times every week by different people who communicates with me via business, friendships or just at random. One question I get asked often is,
The St. Louis Real Estate Market this week continues to show stable buyer activity. We see about the same number of homes accepting contracts, while our active listings have declined slightly. Thus, our pending ratios are up a bit to 11.15 percent average. 
QUICK NOTE: A couple of people suggested that I re-post this one, since it wasn't up for very long before it was bumped down by a featured post that I wrote.
