Hi all we are currently in the process of building the Sage Adult Community in Kemptville, ON. This community will consist of two condo buildings with 32 units in each ranging from 750sqft to 1220sqft. The condos range in price from 175,000$ - 265,000$. We are also building a UniCentre with full retirement centre, indoor pool, full bar area, private dining lounges, family rentals. There is also underground parking for owners at an additional 25,000$. There will be 20+ bungalow units as well. The first building is slotted to be finished for July 1st 2009. Unlike many national markets, the greater Rochester real estate market has, so far, weathered the credit and housing crisis. In January 2009, FORTUNE Magazine counted Rochester as one of "America's 25 Strongest Housing Markets."In general, prices have remained stable year to year, with the median sales price only declining 0.4% and the average sales price only down 1.2% for the entire year. Activity is a little worse, however, with closings down almost 13% for the entire year.
