Flagstaff has lots of golf courses as well as hiking trails, but one of our local high-end developments did not do very well. It came on line right at the recession of 2002 and then hit the competition of a more desirable high-end golf development in 2005. Then it slipped into bankruptcy. Now, our local papers says the Flagstaff Ranch development is coming out of court: Out of the rough: Flag Ranch Golf Club emerges from bankruptcy. We'll see, it still has some tough competition from Pine Canyon. And, of course, the established Forest Highlands Community.

I was showing units in Plaza Resort to a couple from New York. They are for a good investment, and it should be a nice place as the husband wants to use it to wow his suppliers and also use it to send employees as a reward.
Yesterday I was Skype videoed into an investor conference in San Francisco. I was presenting Oklahoma opportunities in residential real estate, but I prefaced my presentation with the 4 factors that anyone including owner-occpants have to evaluate to establish possible present and future value. This is not an exact science but these questions have to be answered.

Whoa! 16 total leads at the end of week two and constant communication with one HOT Lead that is communicatiing with me on a regular basis. This is interesting because if you type in any key words in to Google like "Boise Idaho Real Estate" or "Nampa homes for sale" my site is no where to be found 20 pages deep but some how some way surfers are finding my site now on a pretty regular bases.
The Xbox "Ring of Death" has been solved, according to a Yahoo front-page video I just saw. Apparently, it was such an issue, the game consoles getting a "Red Ring of Death" around the power button and not doing anything else, that several Xbox owners have even filed a petition in some states. Wow. Well rest easy Xbox fans, problem solved. Issue removed. WooHoo!
